A fine Barolo from the Cossetti family, who have been producing fine wines in
Piedmont since 1891. Wonderful, garnet-coloured and fruity in style, this is a
remarkably approachable and supple Barolo. Intense, fine flavours of cherry and
rosehip linger atop a warm, soft mouthfeel to create a persistent, powerful and
excellent value wine.wine with a full body and a velvet finish with spices and
vanilla. Perfect with truffles, game and meat dishes, or a hearty pasta. Lay a couple of
bottles down and they will continue to improve for another 10 years.
