An organic Dolcetto superiore from boutique producers
Giribaldi that is much more complex and full bodied than most wines made using
this little known Piemontese grape. This is pretty serious stuff with
interesting tobacco and herbal elements – definitely a food wine and one to
crack open when you want to impress your guests!
